How nutrition affects your sex game

I am fully aware of the tension surrounding this topic, You'd think we'd all be open, relaxed, and at ease with it, but that's not always the case.
Many people, in fact, find it extremely difficult to talk about sex; it can be a sensitive and awkward topic that evokes feelings of embarrassment, shame, or inadequacy.
Given all of the negative and wrong messages about sex most of us received as kids.

How nutrition affects your sex game

Personally, I believe that the primary reason for our defensive attitude toward sex is because it involves our body, which is one of the most vulnerable areas we avoid discussing, no matter how physically attractive we appear.

It's no surprise that having a healthy sex drive is linked to feeling physically and emotionally healthy and food can play a role in improving your sex life in so many ways.

Aside from the fact that we must eat healthy in order to live healthy, we cannot underestimate the power of good food when it comes to the “oza” room (if you don't Gerrit, forget abourit 😎). Aphrodisiac properties have been attributed to certain foods. Among these foods are:

Dark Chocolates🍫-

It contains phenylethyamine, a hormone that stimulates feelings of happiness and excitement.

Oysters🦪-

Oysters, which are high in zinc, help to increase testosterone (the male sex hormone that is made in the testicles) production.

Banana🍌-

A potassium rich fruit that helps boost production of testosterone, the male sex hormone; responsible for improving libido and helps last longer in bed.

Watermelon🍉-

This is an excellent source of citrulline. Citrulline is an amino acid that may help with erections by increasing blood flow to the penis.
Men who want to try watermelon as a natural Viagra may get better results if they drink concentrated watermelon juice or make a smoothie out of it 😉.

Nuts🌰-

Including nuts like walnuts, almonds, and hazelnuts in your diet can significantly improve your sexual functions.
A study with grouped men (those who ate nuts and those who didn't) confirmed in a questionnaire that these nuts significantly improved their sexual strength and orgasm quality.

Food not only provides nutrients to the body, but it also influences the body's response to activities, particularly sexual activities. It has an impact on the body's response in terms of:

Mood and performance:

A healthy diet can help boost your libido and keep your body in good working order. A poor diet can cause lots of new health problems, all of which can have a negative impact on your sex life. Who would want to engage in sexual activities when they're ill 😏, absolutely no one!

Scent and taste:

For our vagina owners, you may be wondering if there are foods that cause your vagina to smell bad at times. Certain foods alter the acidity level of the microflora responsible for the scent of your vagina. Foods with a strong aroma can also cause changes in vaginal odor. Spices, onion, garlic, meat, dairy, alcohol and coffee are all foods that can alter the smell of your vagina.
Citrus fruits (such as oranges and grapefruits) and pineapple juice on the other hand, can sweeten the smell and taste of vaginal fluids. This particularly do not have a scientific backing but the Kardashians confirmed it 🤪.

What are you still waiting for now that you know how important nutrition is during coitus? It's time to step up your sexual game.

Fun facts:

☞ Greenland sharks don't reach sexual maturity until they're 150 years.

☞ Tear ducts don't fully develop in infants until they are one to three months old, making it impossible for babies to shed actual tears.

☞ Female Kangaroos have three vaginas.

For my international readers: it's a popular meme catchphrase. You should Google it and I assure you, you won't regret it.
